Click the "Register" at the top of the page, fill in your personal details such as your full name, Malaysia phone number, email address, and preferred password. Then verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS. Your account will be immediately active and ready to use once verification is complete. You can proceed to make your first deposit and claim your welcome bonus.

The minimum age to register and play at mzplay is 18 years old. mzplay enforces a strict responsible gaming policy and does not permit any underage individuals to access this platform. During the identity verification (KYC) process, we will verify your age information through valid identification documents.

For the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you are required to submit a copy of your MyKad (Malaysia identity card) clear front and back. Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings. Select "Update Personal Information" and follow the instructions to change your phone number or email. This process requires OTP verification on your old number or email as a security measure. If you can no longer access your old number or email, contact our customer support with valid identity verification documents.

Click the link "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email. A verification OTP code will be sent within seconds. After verifying the code, you can set a new, stronger password. Ensure your new password contains at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you wish to permanently close your account, contact the mzplay customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all account balances have been withdrawn first, as unclaimed balances cannot be transferred after the account is closed. The account closure process typically takes 3–5 business days to complete.

Yes, mzplay accepts players from all states in Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak, the Federal Territory of Labuan, and all states in Peninsular Malaysia. mzplay no processing fees whatsoever for all deposits made via supported payment methods. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your gaming account. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges — this is beyond mzplay's control and subject to your payment provider's terms of service.

No. All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name only. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and funds may be returned. To avoid any issues, ensure your bank account or e-wallet name matches the name registered at mzplay.

First, check your bank statement or e-wallet to confirm whether the transaction was successfully processed on their end. If the funds were deducted from your account but have not been credited to mzplay, take a screenshot of the transaction proof and contact mzplay customer support via live chat. Provide the transaction reference number, date and time, amount, and payment method used. We will investigate and resolve the issue, usually within 1 to 2 business hours.

There is no strict daily deposit limit at mzplay — you can make as many deposits as needed throughout the day. However, there is a maximum daily deposit amount depending on your account level. Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawals at mzplay are processed quickly. Most withdrawal requests are completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours after the request has been reviewed and approved. Withdrawals to local bank accounts and Malaysia e-wallets are generally faster than other methods.

The minimum withdrawal amount at mzplay is RM 50. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account level — standard accounts have different limits compared to VIP accounts. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing. A withdrawal may be declined or delayed for several reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank account details do not match the registered name, or account activity requires additional security review. Check your withdrawal status in the Transaction History in your account. If the status remains "In Progress" for more than 24 hours, please contact our customer support for further clarification.

For security and AML policy compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same account with the deposit method used. For example, if you deposited via Maybank, withdrawals must go to the same Maybank account. If you wish to change your withdrawal bank account, please contact our customer support and provide the required verification documents.

mzplay no processing fees charged for standard withdrawals. You receive the full amount you requested. However, the receiving bank may charge an incoming transfer fee, which is their own policy and beyond our control. For first-time withdrawals, an additional verification process may be required to ensure the security of your transaction.

If your withdrawal request is still showing a status of "Pending", you can cancel it yourself via the Transaction History section in your account — click on the relevant transaction and select "Cancel". If the request has already changed to "In Progress" status, it cannot be cancelled on your own. Contact our customer support immediately for cancellation assistance before processing is complete.
